How much to online marketing consultants charge?
I have an opportunity to do some side work, and I don't know how much my online media and email skill set are worth! I've only ever been in corporate!
The kind of work would involve some moderate and simple SEO… keywords, metatags, starting up a PPC campaign and email campaign

Well start with your current salary and determine the hourly rate that you are paid. Remember to include benefits/fringe rate.
Then factor in the work or expertise that you are bringing to your client. Remember the client will think it is worth less than you do.
You need to know what point that the "job" becomes profitable or worthwhile to you. Use that number.
